Project Z01
Proteome Analysis and Mass Spectrometry

PD Dr. Thilo Kähne

Prof. Dr. Michael Naumann
The working plan of TP Z01 combines the cooperative mass spectrometry-based work with other projects of the CRC and the work on molecular differentiation of appetitive- and aversive reinforced learning within the Integrative Paradigm. TP Z01 contributes to selected work packages of six projects within the CRC incurring a series of proteome analytical work to support the investigation of learning- and memory relevant cell biological mechanisms. A broad panel of established analytical methods is available and should be further developed with respect to selective requirements.
